Outre le four Maerz (à échangeur de chaleur et à courant parallèle), qui est aujourd'hui, grâce à sa faible consommation calorifique, le système de calcination le plus répandu mondialement pour la production de chaux vive à haute réactivité, Maerz offre également maintenant des fours verticaux classiques pour la production de chaux vive à basse réactivité, ainsi que des systèmes à four rotatif pour des capacités avec débit important.
